Terms of Use — Performance Peptides Canada

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before placing an order or using the Performance Peptides Canada website, operated by 1565783 B.C. LTD. at performancepeptidescanada.ca (the “Site”). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Research Use Only — Critical Notice
All products sold by Performance Peptides Canada are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical application, or diagnostic purposes of any kind.
By purchasing any product from this Site you represent and warrant that:
- You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or authorized representative of a research institution
- The products will be used exclusively for lawful scientific research purposes
- You will comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations governing the acquisition, storage, handling, and use of research compounds in Canada
- You are at least 18 years of age
Performance Peptides Canada assumes no liability for any use of its products outside of legitimate in-vitro research applications.
2. Health Canada Compliance
All compounds offered on this Site are supplied in accordance with applicable Health Canada guidelines for research reagents. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure their research activities comply with all relevant Canadian regulations, institutional review requirements, and applicable legislation.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for non-research purposes.
Payment is accepted via Stripe (credit and debit card) and Interac e-Transfer. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For Interac e-Transfer orders, fulfillment begins upon receipt of the transfer.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship domestically within Canada only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Performance Peptides Canada is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions or circumstances outside our control. All shipments include tracking information provided by email upon dispatch.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds and the requirements of cold-chain integrity, all sales are final once a shipment has been dispatched. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site including text, images, logos, article content, and product descriptions is the property of Performance Peptides Canada and may not be reproduced, distributed, or republished without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is.” Performance Peptides Canada makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular research purpose beyond the purity specifications stated on the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis for each product.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Performance Peptides Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased through this Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. 1565783 B.C. LTD., operating as Performance Peptides Canada, is incorporated in British Columbia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
