Affiliate Program Terms
1. Eligibility and approval
Affiliates must be 19 years of age or older. Performance Peptides Canada may approve or decline any application at its discretion. We may change or decline any requested coupon code that is misleading, offensive, or too similar to our brand name.
2. Commission
Affiliates earn 10% commission on qualifying orders placed with their coupon code. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back are not eligible for commission.
3. Coupon use
Affiliate codes provide 15% off regular-priced products. Codes cannot be combined with other coupons and do not apply to sale items. Self-referrals (using your own code on your own orders) are not eligible for commission. Affiliates may share their code on coupon, deal, or cashback websites, but the 10% commission is the only payment Performance Peptides Canada makes. We do not pay cashback, listing fees, or any other third-party costs.
4. Payouts
Commission is paid monthly by Interac e-Transfer once your balance reaches a minimum of $200 CAD. Each payout covers orders placed more than 30 days earlier, to allow for returns and refunds. Balances below the minimum carry over to the following month.
5. Research use only: content rules
All products sold by Performance Peptides Canada are intended strictly for laboratory research use. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, supplements, or food products. In any content promoting Performance Peptides Canada, affiliates must not:
- Suggest or describe human or animal use, including dosing, injection, “stacks,” or protocols
- Make health, medical, fat-loss, muscle-building, anti-ageing, or performance claims
- Share personal results, before-and-after images, or testimonials about use
- Describe products as supplements, medications, or treatments
- State or imply that any product is approved by Health Canada or any other regulator
Affiliates may describe products only in research terms, consistent with the descriptions on our website.
6. Prohibited promotion methods
- Unsolicited email or messages. All electronic messages must comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
- Impersonating Performance Peptides Canada or its staff, or creating accounts that appear official
7. Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Performance Peptides Canada wherever they share their code (for example, “#ad,” “#affiliate,” or “I earn a commission”), as required under the Competition Act.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for a breach of these terms. Commission earned through prohibited activity is forfeited. Affiliates may leave the program at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms, including commission or discount rates, with notice by email. Continuing to promote Performance Peptides Canada after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
